Vehicles allowed in pedestrian areas
Pedestrians may circulate freely in a pedestrian area. Bicycles are also permitted, while zero-emission vehicles such as electric vehicles may enter only when this is expressly authorised. The area is not generally open to motor traffic merely because drivers proceed slowly or give way to pedestrians.
